At YQ Beauty, we value each and every customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 3-5 business days from the date that the order placed.
As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
Shipment takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to reach destinations within the US. At this time, international shipping is not available. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, holidays and other causes.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

While we appreciate your business, to prevent the ongoing spread of COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We encourage you to review the sizing guide and double check your order prior to submitting in order to reduce errors in ordering your products. Feel free to contact our customer service department for questions regarding sizing.
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange due to an error made by YQ Beauty. The original bag and tag should be intact and not be damaged. Otherwise, an exchange will not be provided.
For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, masks and accessories.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. You must contact customer service to initiate a return request.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that is provided by our customer service.
The original shipping fee is also non-refundable.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by YQ Beauty.
